My name is Ateet the founder of Fit And Woke
I am a 25-year-old who’s been consistently going to the gym 6 days a week for 4 years, does his daily steps, watches what he eats and, of course, makes sure he hits his daily protein goal.
I was skinny for most of my life, and the gym gave me the body I always wanted and the confidence that I never had.
Fitness is a journey and it’s not easy but it is most rewarding. The journey to fitness starts with a desire to change. A desire to be better than what we are now.
